Dear God,

The LORD is Sarah's light and her salvation -- whom shall she fear? The LORD is the stronghold of her life -- of whom shall she be afraid? When evil men advance against her to devour her flesh, when her enemies and her foes attack her, they will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege her, her heart will not fear; though war break out against her, even then will she be confident.

One thing she asks of the Lord, this is what she seeks: that she may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of her life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep her safe in his dwelling; he will hide her in the shelter of his tabernacle and set her high upon a rock. Then her head will be exalted above the enemies who surround her; at his tabernacle will she sacrifice with shouts of joy; she will sing and make music to the Lord.

Hear her voice when she calls, O Lord; be merciful to her and answer her. Her heart says of you, "Seek his face!" Your face, Lord, she will seek. Do not hide your face from her, do not turn yur servant away in anger, you have been her helper. Do not reject her or forsake her, O God her Savior. Though her father and mother forsake her, the Lord will receive her.

Teach her your way, O Lord; lead her in a straight path because of her oppressors. Do not turn her over to the desire of her foes, for false witnesses rise up against her, breathing out violence. She is still confident of this: She will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Amen, and for John, too, Lord.

ADORATION
Dear Heavenly Father. We adore you. You are so mighty and powerful, and yet you long for us to approach you. You have no need of our adoration, but as it says in the Bible, you delight in the sons of men. Lord, we are so happy to be in your presence. We are filled with light as we contemplate you in your holy temple. Open our hearts to your presence and your Holy Spirit tonight. We know how much you love us and want us to be happy and to be holy. Thank you Lord for always being faithful. Amen

CONFESSION
Lord, we come to you on bended knee and with humble hearts as we look to your favor. You are always so loving, blessing us even though we are so undeserving. We ask your forgiveness for those words or thoughts that were hurtful in your eyes. As you love others, so must we love them, no matter how much our emotions are stirred from the news that surrounds us like bees of a hive. Please have mercy on us, Lord Jesus. We love you and only wish to please you. Please, we beg of you to put your Light in our hearts so that we might not be sinful in your eyes with thoughts, words or deeds. Have mercy on us, please forgive us. Amen.

THANKSGIVING
Dear Heavenly Father, we want to give you this thankful prayer. We thank you so much for giving us Your Son. You are our only salvation. We thank you for this wonderful country based on Christian principles, and we pray that we will Do Your Will on election Day. We thank you for the result you will deliver to us. We know that Your will be done, and we love you and praise your name always. Thank you for our lives and our families. Thank you for John McCain and Sarah Palin in this time of our countries need. We praise you and thank you for all of the ground swell that we feel in this election. Thank you for this wonderful group of women who love you and support one another. SUPPLICATION
Father, I ask for your peace to rule and reign in the hearts of your people. I plead the blood of Jesus over the sins of our nation and its people. Thank you for its cleansing power that enables us to receive your blessings. May hope and faith rise up in our hearts. May your Spirit impress your children regarding the importance of this election. Guide us in paths of righteousness for your name's sake. Consider the meditations of our hearts in the matter of this election. Hear our prayer, O Lord. Amen.

God grant John, Sarah, the u.s. citzens of America and I the serenity to accept the things we cannot change; This verse just came to mind. The eyes of the Lord run to and fro over the whole earth to show himself strong on behalf of them whose hearts are perfect toward him.courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. Ladies and Gentlemen, we are all Americans! We have a right relationship with each other and we have a right relationship with God the Father Almighty because of what His Son, Christ Jesus our Lord has done for us that we could never ever do for ourselves. Amen! Instead of casting doubts and fears about what may happen on election day-2008 and even after election day, we as Americans need to celebrate the fact that we can vote for the candidates of our own choice.

We are not told who to vote for by some military officer. We are not threatened with loss of life, if we do not vote for some dictator. We as Americans have just as many rights and privileges to encourage each other to vote for any candidate that we may endorse. We are free to disagree!

However, we have a patriotic duty and responsibility to vote! We cannot remain "undecided" about any of the people that are seeking public office in the Congress of these United States of America. These people will have the stewardship of this nation and the governing rule of authority over us. We must all pray for them, no matter who gets elected. Hebrews 13:17-25

This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it! Psalm 118:24 Sing praise to the Lord, you saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His Holy Name. For His anger is but for the moment, His favor is for a life time; Weeping may endure for a night, but JOY comes in the morning. Psalm 30:4-5 Heavenly Father, we need You! We trust You with all of our heart! Lord God, FORGIVE us all of our sins of omission and commission; having left undone those things that You have given us to do and doing those things that You instructed us NOT TO DO. Dear Lord, Thank You for our wonderful country and for the many who have worked and sacrificed to create her and to keep her safe. I ask Your continued protection for our country during these dangerous times. Father God, there are so many souls that are in flux tonight as we approach the day of voting. Some have already voted, and we just pray that they had pure hearts when they made their selections. There are so many people who are to affected by the many people we elect to office. I pray that you are with not only the whole United States of America, but also with those battleground states where the heavy decisions will be made. Amen.

Dear God, we pray for Americans to have good wisdom and judgment when entering the voting booth, we pray so that they can think of you while making their decision and that they realize there is much at stake. Many people have heard Sen Obama's words and tonight saw his infomercial, please allow them to see through the words and into the character of the man. Please give them information and wisdom to make the correct decision. Please open their eyes and help them through this decision. We all here have noticed how he twists the truth and he has a way with words, but please give voters the wisdom and judgment to make the right decision. Amen. Lord, I am praying tonight for Fairness in the Media. We feel that the media is not being fair in covering our candidate John McCain and, as a result, people are uninformed and cannot make a proper decision. We ask you Lord, to expose the hearts of the media, to move their hearts to genuine love of country and their countrymen by renewing within them, a sense of Fairness. Let them no longer have a bias in one direction or another.

We pray for the electorate to care enough, to be informed, to strive for truth as well. The media tries to distort the truth and suppress other truth. Lord, we pray that the hearts of these media people who have so much power, become responsible to their civic trusts. We pray that from now on, they take their responsibilities much more seriously, so as to give fair hearing to our candidates John and Sarah without distortion. ADORATION
Dear God... I praise you tonight for your faithfulness through good times and bad in our great country...Father, I place my trust in You. For our country, our people, the affairs of the nation. You are worthy of all trust, Father, we thank you for all the blessings you've given us, both seen and unseen, you are so good to usI pray tonight that...God takes care of us and gives us the strength......to help John McCain and Sarah Palin overcome the great odds......and if we are successful...I promise to get religion - honestly and not jokingly.

CONFESSION
Lord, we confess as a nation that we have sinned in many areas. We are not perfect as a nation or as individuals. We ask for your forgiveness. We need revival in America and true repentance in the hearts of your people all across our land. Lord we have not kept your ways. We have turned to false idols. We worship flesh and material goods more than we worship you. Father, we are so selfish in so many ways, and it must cause your heart to break when we do not listen carefully to your direction and choose to do for ourselves. Please forgive us for our selfish ways and choosing to do for ourselves, instead of depending on your loving guidance.Thank you, dear God, for America. Thank you for the leadership you gave us in President Bush for these past eight years. Lord, I pray for this election. This is a difficult time for us, for our country. We have experienced a lot during President Bush's term, and we know the challenges that face our next Commander-in-Chief. Ultimately, we pray for Your will to be done. And if it is Your will, we pray for success for John McCain and Sarah Palin. We have observed over the campaigning season the ways of all candidates on both tickets. We believe that John McCain and Sarah Palin are what our country needs at this moment in our history. We believe that their policies on certain issues honor You. We believe that they will bring a breath of fresh air to Washington and hold the politicians there accountable to do the job that they have been elected to do. Please give all voters wisdom when they enter the voting booth to truly make the best decision for this country. Bring to their minds anything that might help them make that decision. I pray especially for all of the battleground states.... Lord, I beg you, that against all odds, our people will realize that they are about to embark on a dangerous course for our country. Father, it is with Your guidance that You bring us together in support of one another, just as You did the early Christians in their despair when Your Son was crucified on the cross. Dearest Father who is always Just and who is slow to anger and merciful to all who seek you. Look not upon our sins but hear our prayer for Senator John McCain and Gov. Sarrah Palin that our country choose rightly in this election and that your will be done. We ask heavenly Father that you give unto our Country change for the good and we trust in you. Regardless of the outcome of this election, we will has a people, strive to live by these words of your beloved son. For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on us all and on the whole world.

Proverbs 11:30 -- Let the hope of Christ return fill your heart, & start by praying to the Lord that he come into your heart to reign supreme, to forgive you of your sins, confess that you believe Jesus lived, died, & rose again that you would be freed from the bondage of sin & believe with all of your heart that he is now King of your life. Many people awake and about... Since we stir, let us stand...

Father, we are so greatful that you have given us a choice for president that looks unto you. For the McCain and Palin family and those who stand with them - we ask for supernatural strength, wisdom and courage...

Let not the anger get the best of us, I stand in the thoughts of Inchristalonewilliam, and I agree.

Hebrews 12:1 -3 says - "THEREFORE we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares [us,] and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of [our] faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls."

We stand united in this promise, knowing that this crowd of witnesses not be weighed down, through the carelessness of sin, but be encouraged by those who stand as our candidtates, outnumbered by 'polls' that means nothing - because you triumphed over evil using only two sticks and three nails.

UNDERDOGS - UNITE... Let us no longer be the UNDER DOG but be UNDER GOD instead... IN GOD WE TRUST...

Dear Heavenly Father,
I humble myself today and ask for your divine wisdom in this upcoming election. I pray for grace and patience as we move towards Nov 4. We as a nation are so divided and I pray for your hand to touch each of us so that we can come from a place of love not fear. Father, we need a miracle! Please give John McCain and Sarah Palin the right words to say so that America can hear the truth and know in their heart that McCain and Palin is the right choice for America.

Our country was founded on Judeo Christian beliefs and I feel that it is being threaten. I want to be able to worship you and practice my beliefs. I pray that our core values and principles of our nation remain intact. I pray for peace and brotherhood with all men. I pray that we all get it, father. We need pure understanding. For the first time in my life I fear oppression of free speech. I ask that you guide all of us in the coming days and give us the strength and words to be able to combat the naysayers. I pray for your will to be done and I am so grateful for your love and support in my own life. Father, I give my life to you and want to follow your wishes not my own. Please give America the direction that you will have her take. Put the people in my life that will serve your purpose and your will. I thank you for allowing me to be part of a plan that is for the better good. My life is great because of you. Thank you for giving me such wonderful friends and a business relationship that is far better then I ever imagined. " where 2 or 3 are gathered together there am I in the midst of them." Heavenly Father,

I pray for the nation today and for all the adversity that surrounds us. I ask for your hand to be placed on the upcoming election.

Father, only you know our hearts and our true desires. I pray for each and every American as they go to the voting booth that they would call on you for guidance. I pray that Americans hearts and ears be open to the truth.

I pray for John McCain and Sarah Palin as they need your strength to get through the next few days. Please surround them with your light and love and protect them from harm. I ask you to give them the right words to say so that American can hear the truth.

I also pray for Barack Obama that you would touch his heart and make him realize that he needs to speak the truth. Father convict his heart and bring him to his knees. I ask for your hand to protect him from harm.

Father, I thank you for giving us freedom and for all the wonderful gifts you have given us.

Father, We pray for our great nation. "one nation under God" Founded by your providential will...........a nation that has grown and prospered in spite of our sin, and rebellion.

We pray that your "people who are called by your name will humble themselves, and pray, and seek your face, and turn from their wicked ways, and that you will hear us, forgive our sin, and will heal our land". II Chron.7: 14

We pray for our leaders who want to uphold our constitution as it was intended by our forefathers. That you will protect them and keep them "under the shadow of the Almighty"

That we once again will unashamedly call on you for our wisdom, strength, forgiveness, cleansing.

That we will once again believe that you are fighting our battles as you did for the Israelites in th Old Testament.

That we will call on you to show us our own wickedness outside of Christ, and repent as a nation.

That we will repent for the backsliding of our nation, that you might hear us and forgive us.

That your Word will once again be our guide of what is right and wrong, of what we need and don't need.

That all of our inalienable rights are written in your Word and some are written in "The Declaration of Independence" ie. "that all men (including women and children) have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Our first and most important right and freedom is to worship God.

Our sole purpose, both here and throughout eternity, is to glorify God and to enjoy Him.
We pray that you by your grace will show each of us your plan to glorify your self through us as a nation and individually, and also as the church, your bride. Amen

LORD, As we stand here in Your awesome presence - there stands before two choices; before this country who professes to TRUST in You; A man of integrity - who has choosen a counterpart of like mind - who demostrate a sincere belief in YOU - and the latter, a man who says he belongs to You - but his heart remains far off from You. He does not hold the sancitity of life dear, he does not take into consideration what You have said regarding INFANTS. His counterpart whom he has chosen questions his own ability to lead LORD...

It bothers us LORD, that Satan has blinded the minds of those unbelieving into raising this man up as a leader, when his track record is well established as a FOLLOWER...

Hold true to your word Father at PSALM 119:126 - "[It is] time for [You] to act, O LORD, [For] they have regarded Your law as void. "

Let the truth be established at PROVERBS 25:19 - "Confidence in an unfaithful [man] in time of trouble [Is like] a bad tooth and a foot out of joint."

Do not Let the United States be brought down as in Ecclesiates 8:9 - "All this I have seen, and applied my heart to every work that is done under the sun: [There is] a time in which one man rules over another to his own hurt."

Let us stand in your presence and proclaim... 1 John 5:4 - " For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world--our* faith."
Keep us faithful and hear our prayer on behalf of John McCain and Sarah Palin...
